In your case it looks like your exchange is "FTTP on Demand" ready, but there is no mention of WBC FTTC for your cabinet (pcp) 2, which may mean you are unable to get "FTTP on Demand" at this current time. However saying that, I don't think BT Retail (a communication provider) has a dedicated FTTPoD fibre product.

There's a few providers offering it at the moment such as Zen, ADSL24, AAISP, IDNet, Vivaciti and Eclipse to name but a few. The big boys (Sky, BE, TalkTalk etc.) are evaluating their options at Data Only WBC FTTP 500 Mbps down and 165 Mbps up £90+VAT per month.
